Bad News, she's not going to be in Dolce and Gabbana or Gucci which were the two big multi girl campaigns we were hoping for. So Dior, Chanel, Gucci, Dolce and Gabbana, Fendi, CK Jeans, Belstaff, D&G, Karl Lagerfeld, Louis Vuitton, YSL, Versace and Valentino are the all taken.

So the only ones that are big that I can think of are Prada (doubt she'll do that one again), Giorgio Armani (???), Hugo Boss Mainline (nope), Lanivin (not unless they get rid of Olga), Calvin Klein Collection, (She is a tall, thin blonde, which is their type, but I doubt it), so unless it's a big fragrance or beauty campaign it's can't be that great right...? Oh well she still has Hugo by Hugo Boss and Maxmara, which is definately better than nothing.

What are we missing, what other brand or campaign would models kill to be in?

I was thinking about that too. I really can't think of anything else.

So, the 'bigger' things that we still aren't sure about are McQueen, Balenciaga, Burberry, Marc Jacobs, Missoni, and then the ones you mentioned. Or maybe it's someone like Sonia R or something.

I don't understand why someone can't just tell us. I mean what's the big deal, "secrets" are leaking every day.

As I already mentioned in the campaigns thread, sometimes information should not be leaked early because it may threaten the model's actual place in the campaign itself. Negotiated contracts may come with temporary non-disclosure clauses, and to violate them is not good for the model, the agency, or the brand. Surely that is why Wayne at theimagist has kept much news in the dark as well

and people can't tell as it could get them into trouble or the girls could be dropped. it wouldn't be fair for faith for example to upset her sources as they may no longer tell her anymore.

Ok, then rather not tell us, lol. I don't want us to be responsible for Snejana losing a campaign, but it's just killing me.

Can you give us hints like, "starts with M, ends with n", lol. No, j/k. Any hints?

Can you tell us when the person who "owns the secret" will tell us? Lol I doubt if the news was leaked they'd be like "Oh that's it, b*tch is out, get Poly in shoot a new campaign", NOBODY KNOWS SNEJANA! She's not a celebrity, it's only fans like us who care anyway, Lol I don't think the big brands would recast and shoot a new campaign just because a fashion forum found out who the model is, they're not gonna spend like quater of a million dollars to re-do it just because someone knows Snejana is in it, now if it were someone like Gwyneth Paltrow or Angelina Jolie then people might care. A model either suits a brand or she doesn't, we don't control whether she's cast or not. Just my opnion, it's shouldn't be a secret now, especially because we know all the models for the other big brands, Lily D and Natasha won't swap places back to their original campaigns just because someone saw the casting ahead of the magazine readers. It's bordering on ridiculous now, it's not like she's on a covert mission to Afghanistan for the George Bush, it's a magazine ad.

As for procedures...the bottom line is that such things are out of our control, so it's better to be safe than sorry. Your explanation may be logical, but it might not be practical in all situations You may be surprised at how much photographers can prefer to keep their work under wraps until publication...this is partially why we seldom know about editorials or covers ahead of time.

Fair enough, all I'm saying is now, it's not about patience, anymore it's just cruel, and before you say it isn't, I just want to add that the person who knows what her campaign is need not ever have posted it here, if they really wanted to keep it a secret they should have kept it to themselves, which is what I would have done, simply because it doesn't seem like there ever was the intention to reveal it, that just makes it a tease, which isn't really nice for fans because we've waited 3 seasons as it is for good news. I'm not bitter or angry, just confused because Natasha Poly, Lily Donaldson and Isabeli Fontana are all bigger models then Snejana and more important brand-wise and if all their campaigns have been revealed, especially the major ones, it just seems silly to hide Snejana's because in the greater scheme of things she doesn't matter as much as the aformentioned models, not yelling at you faith, just the wierd situation.

Oh come on, I think MaxMara and Hugo Boss is good news enough for now -- not to mention those were two of the first campaign news for Fall that was released! There are many dedicated fans for other models who have had to wait five billion seasons for some good news (Ksenia K. comes to mind). Frankly, most never even get their wish. To me, they are the ones suffering through actual "cruelty," or whatever you may dub it.

And eh, I'm not taking offense to your words at all, since I'm not even directly involved. Just trying to explain/appease the situation

See, for me, I'd be ok not knowing EXACTLY who it is, as long as I could at least find out, what we're talking about here, you know. Because we have to conflicting reports. One, from theimagist is that she got something that any model would kill for. Then another report is that some people might be disappointed with what she got, which doesn't make it sound THAT A-list (unless it just means that it's a multi girl, so Snejana doesn't get THAT much star time).

So, I just want to know, what ballpark we're talking here.
