A wonderful onopkan emailed me a translated interview of Numero Japan June 2008 (iggy posted in the previous page) and ask me to post here!

-Can you tell us how did you become a model?

- When I was living in Kief, I was scouted by the Famous Model agency, DNA.
After that I went to new York and start doing my model's job. Steven Meisel
was photographing me for the Prada and Dolce & Gabbana Ads campaign,
After that I got the big chance to be on the Italian Vogue's cover for two times.
That's how i end up to be here today.

-I heard you really like shopping ,do you have anything you want to buy right now?

Yes I love shopping. I especially like the dress from Chanel, Gucci, Prada ,LV, Dolce&Gabbana...

-Have you been to Japan before?

-When I was 14 years old, I have visited Japan with my family . Although we only
had our vacation tour around Tokyo, but I really find it enjoying. The japanese
dishes are very delicious. This time I plan to look around in Tokyo and other cities.


-Can you share your beauty secrets with us? And how do you maintain your slim body shape? Any special tips that you would care to share with us?

I am travelling around the world for jobs so the staying healthy is my main priority.
In order to maintain my bodyshape I eat a lot of vegetables and fruits. Especially fruits,
which is my favourite, I eat them everyday. I also like to work out in Gym.
If i have more free times I would play tennis.


-How do you define the beauty of woman?

I think a beautiful woman should have her own charms with everyone, and also have a clear idea of what she wants to do in life.

-Any plans for the future?

I am not really sure about it yet, but I wanted to learn more languages.
And I would also like to be a defense attorney lawyer. Its something that I am really interested in, eventhough it is going to be hard, but I will try my best

I think she looks fine, it's just because you viewed that after seeing those editorial shots with lighting+make up+ retouching which are unrealistic.

Which photo looks unhealthy? The last one that pinnie posted? I think she looks fine, just a bit of white makeup that's not always the most flattering.

I still want to know about her 'big' campaign though.

There aren't many BIG campaigns left, so maybe we could narrow it down.

I think that Snejana could work for Nina Ricci or Lanvin.

I know, but that would fit in the category 'not big as we think it is'. Because Lanvin and Nina Ricci are definitely big.

Joop? WHAT? Better not be the "big" campaign. I know the booker said somethin to that sort. But people here have been saying that Snejana fans should relax because it's DEFINITELY something good.

I guess Lanvin could be it? But somehow I don't believe it's Lanvin. I really thought I was McQueen, but they have to get a really ugly model, so clearly Snajana doesn't fit.

I think that if it were A-list it must be a bigger campaign. All I can say, is that I hope it is a pretty good campaign because Snejana really deserves something big.

^^^But Joop! is quite A list. Many famous models and photographers modeled that label such as Claudia Schiffer, Nadja Auermann, Shalom, Kate, Freja, Sorrenti, Inez and Vinoodh, McDean... Still, I hope it's not Joop! too.

LOL, why are you even thinking it's Joop? Do you know something we don't? Because it seems kind of random to pick Joop Jeans. I mean, if she got Joop ASIDE from the 'big' campaign, I'll definitely take it, but just hope it's not 'the' campaign we should be happy with.
