I just realised .... she has a quite short neck.

I think that's just due to her posture on the runway. She tends to slouch, which might make her neck look shorter than it is.

No, it was in a program guide of this svitske tv, as I understood it should be a video. I'll try to find it if it's even on-line, but I do not promise anything cause I understand very little of what's written in Ukranian
