In case anyone is interested, the name of the track is Circling by Four Tet. Here's another clip with the full song:

I gotta say, it adds the collection another dimension.

To get an idea on fashion, you need an all-around look on it. During the fashion shows, Vogue's stylists, armed with Shazam and several Apps, have tried to capture the music used by major brands. We have drawn up a Top 10 and the result for the Spring/Summer 2011 is surely a series of experimental songs, with some jazzy gems, disco funk monuments, rap and a (perhaps) unconscious tendency towards rave music.

Prada - It's a fine line, Eins Fine Grind
Other than a veiled Bang Bang by Nancy Sinatra in the soundtrack of the Spring/Summer 2011 by Prada, there's also this electronic gem of the b-side behind which there are the top producers Ivan Smagghe and Tim Paris. Lively, innovative, elegant, tech and magnetic, the song is in the compilation Kompakt Total 11, for us absolutely at first spot!

Celine - David Byrne/Brian Eno, The Jezebel Spirit
The ready-to-wear goes pace to pace with the dj-music-please even for Celine, who puts it all in the expert hands of Brian Eno and the moving world-beat experimentations by David Byrne. Slightly funk "The Jezebel Spirit" is the right to appearance but with a geometric colored line and overwhelming behind which the real secret (of everything?) lays.

Rodarte - Harry Nilsson, Everybody's Talkin
This hit song chosen by the brand of the Mulleavy sisters is from 1969. Lucid song in a certain sense, but substantially rebel if you think that Harry Nillson himself, together with Keith Moon and Ringo Starr, was the star of the so called Lost Weekend by John Lennon, a period between '73 and '74 spent generally under the influence of alcohol between clubs. Drunk!

Givenchy - Salem, King Night
If you really think that the night is one of the last "places" that are still at our disposal to mix cultures and trends, then this track is already a must. Spacious, mystical and shoegaze. A great choice that involves the band originally from the Midwest, without the prejudice of the title of their debut single "Yes I Smoke Crack" and without getting scared from the cross on the cover. Religion doesn't even matter if during the show you can also hear the Ave Maria, perhaps Maria Callas'one.

Alexander Wang - Die Antwoord, Fish Paste
This is a full effect urban song. Rap from South Africa made on purpose for the start ups on the European rave. For the American designer a colored power band (that's not looking for colors) and an album thirsty for fame, and for cash, already in the title: $O$.

Burberry - Eurythmics, 17 Again
The image, at least in the music video, is of a military Annie Lennox with her fist-clenched towards the sky and an orchestra that is smite by war during her performance. The song is from 1999 is musically clean, loosen but it's especially not very Sweet Dreams. In the show there's also "Rosè" by The Feeling, but too many people like it.

Christopher Kane - The Exciters, Tell Him
A day in the zoo for the British fashion designer. The Exciters are a pop band from the '60s, originally a girl brand in to which Herb Rooney was added later on. We're in the northern soul field, very pleasant song but already heard, for example, in the movie My Best Friend's Wedding with Julia Roberts and Cameron Diaz or in Monsters vs. Aliens. In every case it's a fantastic one hit wonder.

Jil Sander - The royal philarmonic Orchestra, Psyco
Never like Chanel, who hosted a perfect live orchestra during the Spring/Summer 2011, but also the German designer leaves a bit of orchestra thanks to this piece that belongs (of course) to the national British orchestra. The choice is rather psycho!

Louis Vuitton - James Hardway, Illustrated Man
When you say arty… a whispered beat but sent in the background, oriental-esque sounds and then an almost drum'n'bass growth. Never oily, always clean, imperfect, but clear. For Louis Vuitton an absolute adventurous choice, like it was a trip to Asia leaving on a private jet charter, obviously from Paris.

John Galliano - Donna Summer, Our Love
The icon. Choosing Donna Summer is always a good choice, especially if you want to send out a pick-me-up. This track, originally in a 1969 album called Bad Girls, is perfect for the hours of physical exercise in the gym but also as an input of contrast to general decadence. Same thought could have done the New Order when they used the beat for their Blue Monday. In short, mens sana in …love!
