Erhm, I really like this? Did she change design teams or something? Cant recall I ever scrolled through her looks with actual admiration. I wish Clare churned this out for Givenchy. Color me impressed.

I really like this, especially the first part and the coats. Not a huge fan of the gimmicky "bags" or whatever they are supposed to be.

I actually find it quite Louis Vuitton-y - it's clearly following a futuristic direction established by Nicolas a few seasons ago, mixed with some Givenchy and Natacha's Chloé. It's certainly not bad, and I really appreciate what she is doing with faux leather; her leather looks so real it's no joke.

I’ve always been a fan of Stella. It’s one of those brands that just solves problem. It’s not too expensive, in terms of fashion it’s accessible without being dry....unlike a lot of brands.
And her stuff is particularly timeless.

This collection is weird. I love a lot of things (tailoring, coats, dresses), it’s heavy shopping list material...But I don’t find the collection great. There are great clothes but there’s something that I miss. Maybe an emotion, a mistake...Everything is perfectly crafted...Like the perfect recipe for success.

I see some heavy Vuitton resort 2019 vibes but done in a more subtle Stella way.

I agree with you Lola. I always enjoy her clothes. And her tailoring is great too. She cuts mean pants and coats. I think this collection is perhaps way too perfect for her. Usually there is some quirkiness that doesn't work on the runway and it is that joy and playful of her. This time everything is too in sync. Even the styling is somehow lovely. Usually it can go very heavy.
