Suits for the Short Man?

Oh, it's so great to be back at tFS!

I've come to consult you all. My boyfriend is short - 5'4" and also very slender. He has a really hard time finding suits that fit him alright and don't need a complete gutting at the tailor.

Any suggestions!? Thanks in advance.
