There's something really unnatural about the cover and the editorial. Her poses seem so awkward.

Also, Tatler should consider giving covers to people more worthy of them.

The photoshoot is great and c'mon the cover is not that bad.

What's off-putting is that for all her beauty, Mischa can't smoulder. It's just not her thing, and when she tries it, it looks wrong. Her face in the second shot is the example - she's trying to do the heavy-lidded thing, and she ends up looking like an idiot.

She can do moody, but she's just not dirty enough to smoulder. She's also on the cover of Arena at the moment, with the headline 'good girl gone bad' and it should read 'good girl gone sad' because she looks so unhappy in the photo - and again, it's because she's trying to be dirty. Instead, she looks like she's a victim of human trafficking who's being forced to pose for a men's magazine. But even if she can't be smutty, she's beautiful enough for that not to be a drawback.

I got my subscription issue last week - there are hardly any new ads in it. I wasn't impressed with the features. There are two editorials which were OK, but UK Vogue out-performed this issue no problem, and I imagine the Jan 08 issue of UK Harper's Bazaar will be similarly more exciting.

I don't see how anyone could hate her - she's so beautiful, with those big eyes, and she's got a great body for fashion. But I get the feeling that she's trying to become more sexual - to appeal to men's mags as well as the fashion and teen ones - but she just hasn't perfected the poses and the facial expressions yet.
