i wish people would look at her as a model, not just a family member. i think she looks gorgeous in both covers.

The second cover is OK, the first one has got to be a joke.

I am looking at her as a model, and that's the problem. Although she doesn't look that bad in the last pic, the more they transform her (bleach her eyebrows, etc.) the better she comes off in my opinion. I just don't think she knows how to emote or pose to save her life. Is she a cute girl? Yes. Is she a model that I want to see on magazine covers? No.

I actually don't mind the Kardashians as they provide me with so much material to mock.

not bad actually! that dove gray, misty blue background is a nice contrast to that rather obnoxious hot pink text. the flip-flopped images for the two covers is genius. i would've ran with that mirror-image effect and flipped the pink corner banner for the first cover to the left corner to sit on top of the "teen."

i prefer the image on the right composition-wise: this wouldn't be out of step as a UK VOGUE or even US VOGUE cover imo. i would've tilted the head/hat for more stylistic/graphic pizzaz to create better eye flow but i'm actually digging this cover!

just saw her editorial preview and that's pretty rad! Marc x Marc X Luella & Katie right? love the combat rock vibe of that collection.

It's not even because of her family--she's just not great as a model. She's pretty, no doubt. But just look at these covers! She looks so bored and lifeless. The "best" shots are the ones where the styling is more extreme, which barely compensates for her lack of expression.

The are plenty of other girls out there--including those from famous families--who can do the job better.

^" bored and lifeless" that could be said of the majority of cover subjects on magazine covers nowadays, celebrity lineage or otherwise....

You took the words out of my mouth. Exactly my thoughts.
She doesn't look bad, she just brings nothing new to the table.

Pretty girl next door but not a model & her eyes can't tell a story

I mean, it was evident that she has no model potential, but this is awful even on celebrity point on view.

The covers suck, but I don't dislike her as a model. With the right photographer she pops -- the stuff in LOVE and Interview is great.

The shot with no eyebrows -- she look eerily like Mariacarla.

How could so many people think the first photo was suitable for publishing let alone for the cover of a magazine? I have nothing against Kendall but it really is bad on a whole new level.

I wish she was trying hard to be an actress rather than a model. I wouldn't feel as gross about her being everywhere.

Her print work is so hit and miss...I'm not into this cover but I would have to place blame on the highly overrated Summerton here. The concept on both cover images is so half-baked and non-committal.

Unfortunately without any artfully airbrushed cheekbones Kendall doesn't make an impression...clearly the post-editing team forgot about them here.

I find these covers quite depressing for a Teen Magazine. The neon pink doesnt do anything really.

The fourth leopard shot is stunning. Kendall looks mega-chic without the brows.
Even though I am against her at first, I have to admit that she is the 'it' girl of the moment. She deserves the cover.

I don't really much a strong opinion on Kendall either way, but there's no denying that for whatever reason she's become something of an "it girl" and she seems like an appropriate choice for a Teen Vogue cover.
