Not sure this is allowed, but I had a quick question! I know Delias is mostly deemed friendly on the wallet, however, I was wondering if there were other options than Forever 21 for similar styles, better quality, friendly on the wallet?

^Urban Outfitters is a little more pricey, but the quality is MUCH better. Their sale section is usually quite good too, and that's basically F21 priced.
