a. I'm pretty sure Sharon Stone is wearing the same dress Nicole Kidman wore when she won her Oscar

Wow, good eye. And that is slightly creepy, anyway it looked MUCH better on Nicole. Sharon's handbag looks awful with an evening gown.

Best Dressed:

Reese Witherspoon in Olivier Theyskens for Nina Ricci - The daring color, the elegant layers, the contrast to her lovely complexion all add up to make her the best dressed of the night.

Nicole Kidman in Balenciaga - I would have lost the bow and scarf, but even with those, the color and the sleek column complemented her complexion and hair color perfectly.

Jennifer Lopez in Marchesa - She looked like a Greek goddess in this dress. Simply stunning.

Also, points to Gwyneth Paltrow in Zac Posen, Kirsten Dunst in Chanel HC, Maggie Gyllenhaal in Proenza Schouler and Emily Blunt in Calvin Klein for originality.

Worst Dressed:

Beyonce in Armani Prive - What is wrong with this girl? Why can't she pick out a gown without some ugly sequins or other embellishment, and in a color that's actually fitting for a red carpet event?

Jennifer Hudson in Oscar de la Renta - I had such high hopes for this girl. Not only did she look stunning at the Golden Globes, but she had Andre Leon Talley dressing her. How could she go wrong? I guess by wearing an odd, spacey silver jacket with the ugliest ODLR dress I've ever seen.

And Anne Hathaway in Valentino, Eva Green in Givenchy HC, and Portia de Rossi in Zac Posen were this close to making the list.
