hi mrie,

tried that before. i must say it's a little messy to put on as it is liquid-like and gets all runny when you squeeze it out of its tube. i use my fingers to apply cos i find i have better control and afterwards, my fingers get all red. but the blush does look very natural ^_^ . it makes people think you've had a good workout.

hmmm i read the sort of problems from reviews.. but is it worth all the mess?

hi mrie,

i am on my third tube  so i guess for me it's quite worth all the mess. been buying the coralberry the other 2 is either too purple or too brown for me.

Nars Blush Recommendations

I wanna try Nars because i've heard great things about it's staying power. Everyone seems to recommend orgasm and sin, but I am looking for something a little more "im a little tipsy" flush, rather than a golden brozy glow. I'm assuming this is the result of sin and orgasm...what color would someone recommend for asian skin with olive undertones? Im thinking a color that would be similar to benetint and tarte's flush

hi ninins,

nars has another product that will give you that i'm-a-little-tipsy flush that you want ;) . it's called color wash and it comes in 3 colors. i tried one a long time ago and i forgot which color i bought. however, i found it's very difficult to apply cos it's very watery and it dried real quick. origins pinch your cheeks gives the same result but a little easier to use.

Thanks chanel! i wonder if they've discontinued it, was it similar to benetint? I like benetint, but it dries so quick it's hard to not end up with blotches of pink on my cheeks. I'm kind of looking for a powder blush, opposed to a gel, stain, or creme though.

hi ninins,

i think color wash is still in production. never tried benetint before so i can't comment  hmm, i may not be the authority in powder blush cos i always prefer cheek stain. you may want to get one without shimmer though if you want something that will not give golden/bronze glow.

I found it, i think i'll def. give it a try, pussycat looks like a good color, thanks again!

Would nars orgasm suit very pale pink-toned skin? What other brands/shades would you reccomend in a powder formulation?

I'm loving MACs creamblush Ladyblush these days .. it gives a very natural looking healthy flush (My skintone according to MAC : NW20)
