I am not understanding this round: Is everyone creating 12 US Vogue covers for the year, picking a specific month, or doing any month they choose?

Personally, I do not want to create a full year of US Vogue covers.

Hi MModa,

I’m truly sorry if things got a little confusing.

Just to clarify,
I simply shared a suggestion:
“What if we created a full-year issue?”
That’s all. It wasn’t a demand, it wasn’t a rule.
Just a creative spin, open to anyone if they felt inspired.

Unfortunately, it seems the narrative got twisted, even after I clearly explained it was just an idea.
But let me say it again:
It’s 100% optional.
If you like the idea, feel free to join in.
If not, that’s totally okay too!

What matters most is:
We all still follow the actual theme given by @cottonmouth13
'Anna Wintour: The US Vogue Years.'

I wasn’t around during those days.
But not gonna lie… I did spend a suspicious amount of time scrolling through the old pages 😅
(Yes, clearly had too much free time. Guilty as charged!)

It looked super fun! and that’s the kind of energy I was hoping to bring back.
A little sprinkle of nostalgia,
especially knowing that @cottonmouth13 our current winner! Was already creating magic back then, along with many of you here.

My sincere apologies for being inactive since announcing the new theme. Got swamped with work and I barely had the time to check this site.

Anyhow, I am very much open to @pradn's suggestion of doing full-year issue to further honor Anna's legacy. Although we have already done this a few years back as what both @crmsn and @Toni Ahlgren have said.

Whether it is a single cover or a full-year issue, you do whatever you want. As long as it is under Anna Wintour's tenure at US Vogue.

If you know that you have a lot of work @cottonmouth13 and might not be able to check the site on time, it is wise not to participate in the Challenges because this Challenge has been stalled beyond the Winner Date. We all are busy but find the time to respond if we make a commitment to something.

Not sure what the theme is this week all I’m seeing are arguments but I’m just going to swoop in with something completely out of context and different. This isn’t an entry and I don’t even know where to post it, but here’s my vision for September Vogue—a post-Anna Wintour era. Just my take and I also want to share this because I love this picture so much. To the admins if there's a dedicated thread for cover edits only feel free to move it. Thanks
