I thought of several themes for this week, but I decided to go with the most obvious one at the moment: How would you cover the pandemic situation?

Would you proceed with your pre-approved covers or would you create a last minute special issue? Would it be a home-made photoshoot? A FaceTime photoshoot? Illustrations? Would you dig deep into your archives? Or would you publish a blank piece of paper? :shifty: It's completely up to you! Feel free to raid your faves' Instagrams or Vogue Archives for inspiration.

I'm very excited to see what you all come up with, as we're obviously in desperate need of some good creativity at the moment.

For yearssss I have asked myself why Tyra's publicist hasn't worked harder on getting her more Vogue covers: I mean there are soooo many smaller editions who would love to have her, I don't understand her strategy around this: you have Amber Valetta, Helena Christensen or Iman who pop up from time to time. Tyra has many Elle, Harper's Bazaar, Cosmopolitan covers and so on but Vogue nope, just her one from Spain, and she had a great relation with Franca Sozzani so it truly makes me so intrigued, especially when she was doing many runway shows and so on. I can't just be about her battle with Naomi.
 
You people really make me depressed, why aren't these covers real? Amazing work everyone, all the time!

The "Time to Reflect" line next to the reflective water surface makes me think of all the Carson Kressley comments on RDPR a la "Let me reflect on that..." when a queen wears some reflective dress, and I am living for this cover line! :D
 
You guys are brilliant! All of the entries look incredible and I had a really hard time choosing the winner, but since this is probably the same cover I would've made if I participated....

Fantastic round, people! I wish those renowned editors would see this and take notes, cause I'd buy each and every one of those covers if I had the chance.

@aracic, thank you so much! I am very flattered! It has been an amazing round (as usual), and I will probably just explode deciding in the next one!

The new theme that I would like to announce is...

Drama!

When fashion just explodes with emotion and narrative, when models are asked to perform no less than Hollywood actresses. Be it Jolie + Pitt acting for Steven Klein or Raquel Zimmermann boxing for Steven Meisel - you know when fashion gets dramatic and notches it up!
