I'm Iranian :p

What do you guys think of Emina's eyebrows? I love them... she can pull it off nicely and it makes her look very mysterious!
You lucky thing!!! Iranians are known to have full eyebrows :) I had an iranian lady who did my eyebrows...wow her hands are magically i got the perfect arch...its like an art piece to her...

do u know the ear cotton buds used to clean ur ears...use those cotton buds and dip them into castor oil then apply them on ur eyebrows:) it gives them a healthier look, amazing shine, darker, thicker and they grow in places were hair is fine or little:)

Heh Thanks! I didn't really like my eyebrows when I was younger because they were so thick so I used to wax them and always screw up and take half of it off! lol, now I like my eyebrows and I am trying to grow them back. Yesterday i got some Castor oil...I was kinda confused at the store because castor oil is a laxative too! So i'm gonna try that on my eyebrows and lashes:flower:

I am sure they will work great on...for your lashes, if you have an old mascara wand that you dont use...clean it up and then use it to apply castor oil on ur lashes...u have to stick with it for one whole month, dont miss a single day and u will see the results:)

this may just my personal preferance, but i think that natural, yet groomed and clean eyebrows are the way to go :flower:
theres nothing wrong with filling in areas where your eyebrows may be sparse, but from what ive seen, when you completely shave your eyebrows and then draw them in, your facial expressions seem to be a little "distorted," if thats the word..
plus, you dont want to become too dependent on make up..unless you dont mind walking around hairless

so, i would suggest completely growing them out and just cleaning up certain areas like the middle, the space about to hit your eyelids, and maybe just a little off the top. and maybe when you fill in your sparse areas, i think i dark brown shade would suit you better(i love you eye make up btw)

but again...this is just my personal preferance ;)

people were talking about DIY eyebrow dying earlier in this thread and I wanted to offer up my method of darkening. I'm a redhead and have white blonde brows and lashes so I use plenty of mascara and dye my brows. since I'm a cash strapped college student I stopped going to the salon and started doing it myself. it can be dangerous (WARNING WARNING MAY CAUSE BLINDNESS) but you can do it if you're careful. I use Clairol permanent root touch up dye (I've heard moustache and beard gel, like Just for Men works but I've never tried them.) anyway, these are good because they're usually thicker than most gels and won't run or drip (into your eyes.) I do two "batches" for about twenty minutes apiece to get the right color. It does burn a little but doesn't hurt your skin. you'll also look like Chris Noth for about two days because the dye lingers on your skin a little but it only lasts a little while. Just don't dye before a big event or anything, do it a few days in advance. I'm gonna redye my brows this weekend, I could post a pictorial step by step thing if anyone's interested. I think doing it myself gives me better results than the salon does. I dyed mine about a month ago and they still look good. take a look:

No we aren't. Seriously my eyebrows are the shizznit

yeah
they are so hot...too hot for p*rn...if you eyebrows were in a movie...it would be rated 75A...for people under 75 to be with an adult!:woot:

Since I have big, almond shaped eyes, what is the best shape for my eyebrows? If my eyebrows are too thin, my eyes look too big, and if I let them grow, it overwhelms my face. I also want to emphasize the almond shape. Any advice?

The best shape for comes also with the shape of your face and the space you have between your eyes.

I would asvise you to seek pro help. Also, never wax your eyebrows, in a long term, it makes the skin saggy. Allways tweeze. :)

I tool this from Ivillage:

Create the line: to determine exactly where your brow should begin, hold a make-up brush or a pencil straight up and down against one nostril. Where the pencil lands by your brow is where it should begin. The brow should end a little past your eye (if it grows down too far it will drag your eyes down). If you have a natural arch, work with it. If you need to create one, look into your eyes. The arch of your eyebrow should fall directly above the outside of your iris. brow area that you want to preserve so you can pluck outside the edges.

Pluck: begin plucking from underneath the brow, removing one hair at a time from the inside of the brow to the outside. If part of your brow is thin enough already, do not pluck that area. Pull hairs in the direction in which they grow.

Brush and trim: using a small brush, brush your brows upwards. If they are too long, trim them very conservatively, cutting only a tiny amount at a time. Fill in: once your brows are well shaped, you can use a variety of products to enhance them or fill them in as needed, using brow fixers, tinted brow gels, brow powders or brow pencils.
