Natasha Poly opening Dolce & Gabbana S/S 2011 show was so amazing.

It was good but nothing special in contrast to her many fierce opening she has delivered since she conquers the catwalks

This whole show was fierce, even the not-so-great walkers had enough presence and confidence to save themselves, like Julia Stegner, Lily Donaldson, and Romina Lanaro. It kinda shows that you can have an okay walk and still be great at runway if you have great presence. I mean, look at Romina at 1:30, even with sunglasses you can feel the piercing of her eyes.

Carmen Kass, Hana Soukopova, Caroline Trentini, Natasha Poly, Isabeli Fontana, and Eugenia Volodina were my personal favorites from the show.

And can I just comment at how endlessly cool, elegant, and regal Raquel's and Daria's walks are?

And for Jessica Stam, PLEASE GO BACK TO THIS WALK!

The only thing this show was missing was MCB and the show would have been perfect. Oh well, Carmen was there.

Versace Fall 2005 It's my 2nd favourite show ever. The models only made it better.
Romina Lanaro and Hana Sukopova were the best for me.

Someone strap Donatella down to a chair and force her to watch this on repeat until she fixes the castings at her shows. With girls like Bianca, Alessandra, Rosie, etc. at Prada, I don't understand how Donatella has failed to embrace the return of glamorous models.

I know right... and by the looks of her recent collections, the clothes definitely need some saving by extremely good walkers, or better yet, better models.

I remember I was crazy when I saw that show! Everything was perfect..the musics, the clothes (one of the best Donatella's collection imo and one of the most sold in the last years) and the GIRLS..oh my god the girls..Stam, Gemma, Tiuu, Natasha, Daria, Isabeli (atomic), Julia, Hana, Lily D, Anja (in her shining period==her face was so beautiful), Karen, Carmen, Caroline Winberg & Trentini, Doutzen, Eugenia, Heather etc all together!!! This would be an HIGH FASHION SHOW, an event with girls full of personality, everyone with their "light" and not a march of dull clones!

I don't hate Arizona on the runway, but Anna Sui made a big mistake... huge when then did not let just the twin towers and only the twin towers open. If it had just been Frida and Karlie that would have probably been the best opening of the F/W 2011 NYFW.

I completely agree with agee!!! Just Karlie and Frida, they looked so in sync with each other! And then you have Arizona in the middle.. Not even being able to walk in a straight line.. It would have also been a little more clean, in the sense that they would have avoided the Karlie and Daphne scary moment that they had..

excuse my ignorance. but, yeah, Arizona's walk is bad plus she looks short in the middle of those Twin Towers plus the boots that cut her legs which look shorter than usual.
