Hell I forgot about this show. AMAZING!!
Poly, Daria, Heather Marks, Isabeli, Nicole Trunfio, Julia, Elise, Ekaterina Kashtynseva, Raquel and the rest. Strut, strut, struttity strut.......one after the other like their lives depended on it. It's hard to pick a favourite here with so many moments.

Yes, that show was just unbelieveable, I came across it a year after I started folllowing modeling, after I had heard that Natasha had a great walk in it, and it is awesome, all of the models were up to Natashas walk, I mean even Raquel Zimmermanns walk was great in it, soooooo many all stars in this show, I miss all these girls when they were together in the same shows.

Anyway, off topic. We all see that amazing runway models have toned down their walk recently, I mean look at Natasha at Chanel Cruise 2012 & Mariacarla opening Miu Miu. Is it the designers doing? Is is the models choice? Or do the models lost their capability to walk hellata feirce like they used to?

It could be the crisis epoque, I mean the spirit of the collections now are not so fierce, they are very comercial and the models attitude doesnt care too much I mean just the clothes have to glow now not models.

I know that Mariacarla has been specifically told in the past to tone down her walk. That's how boss she is B)
Natasha seems to have genuinely permanently toned down/lost her signature walk, which is a shame because it was wonderful.

Well, it depends on the mood of the show and the designers' instructions the models are given on the motivational boards as well.

Miu Miu F/W 11 show was actually toned down in general, so it would be bizarre of MCB to strut the runway with her killer walk there.

I remember how Galliano trained her girls in the backstage
to have an fierce attitude, in FW 2003 couture there were professional dancers
to show models have an dancer attitude...
Do you remember Eva Jay opening that show!

and in a Galliano show I remember there were little dogs to soften models
because the theme was clothes for big people wore by childs

Ughh, how i miss Tanya on the runway..such a fantastic walk and there's no exception here!
As for Vlada, i'm not really a fan of her here..her "crossing her legs over" walk seems too forced. I am usually a fan of her, but just when she tones it down a little, that's just my opinion!

It all started back in SS09 season in NYC when she lost her passport and couldn´t travel to the NYFW, she walked the Milan and Paris FW but next season wasn´t so good and so on, she hasn´t walked in NY for a long time and she usually just makes a few appearances in Milano and Paris but it has never comeback to the way it used to be. Her last "full" runway" season I think it was FW0809, it doesn´t help the change of agency from IMG to Elite and now I can´t remeber if she is still with Elite or if she changed to Marilyn, I can´t remeber. Still I have hopes every new season of seeing her walk in the most important runways, after all she is the reason I joined this forum.
