You say sloppy, I say effortless and elegant Not many models these days can pull off that kind of turn and in that tight dress and mile high Lanvin shoes all the time in sync with the music beat! THAT is runway perfection!
Here is one from the front. I think the quickness of the turn makes it even more fierce, only pros can do that without falling. Also, notice how her the line on the ground is exactly between her feet when she turns? It was just perfect
^ I like that about her, she's like cold and mysterious and doesn't try too hard, it looks effortless. She does not have THE best walk but its one of the best among current models imo.
She belongs to the better walkers, that's true.
I just wish that the "walking trend" went back to where it was before all the stiffness, no arm movement etc. in some cases started.
The Opening of Lanvin Fall 2009. I love how the curtain opens to reveal the door made of red roses and the models are already walking from a distance in the warehouse and as Magdalena comes through the door, the lights turn on one after another and her foot falls perfectly with the music beat. Then she is folowed by one great walker after another Iris, Raquel, Jamie, Tanya, Yulia, bliss

BTW why is it so hard to find the unedited version of Lanvin shows? I have never seen the full unedited version of this show.
^ I do have the full unedited version of this show (and S/S 2009) in HQ, but I can't upload it because my youtube channel got deleted two monts ago (still working on it...)
^ Olga was magnificent, even with the fast music and tight dress she managed to synchronize her foot fall with the beat. I think the Fall 2008 show established Lanvin as THE show to watch, at least for me. Thanks to fatalefashionll, I actually found the unedited version of this one .
