The first time I got a waxing down there I learned I had hair in other places that I didn't think I had hair. :innocent:
This is really one of the things that are never talked about... It's like it's TABOO to actually grow hairs where hair grows. Hairs grow everywhere on our bodies, in larger or smaller quantities, just deal with it...

People don't want to acknowledge the fact that they have hairs on feet, *** and so on. It's not nice... [/b][/quote]
I know that we have hair all over our bodies; HOWEVER I didn't think there would be hair outside my bum bum hole that was worth waxing off

omg this was soo funny as i didnt expect to read this now
but so true

I know but I don't even like it when my boyfriend is near that area so I doubt I'd spread my cheeks for a stranger.

I used to be embarrassed at first until I was put into perspective when my lovely Greek esthetician who said and I quote:

I've seen more mouni than the average straight guy. After 10 years in the business they don't even look like mouni anymore they just look like funny faces.

I'm sure Lena will appreciate the quote.

My ex-boyfriend shaved "down there" and I thought it was really creepy. I told him so he grew it out, I think. Trimming is fine but completely gone leads to stubble *shudder*

For girls I used to be very anti-hair but now I appreciate just nicely trimmed. Or a landing strip. Dunno.

lol this thread is HILARIOUS!! o man...

I like my men just about as hairless as they can get for the most part... or just not hairy is best. I once dated a guy who seemed normal, until one day her wore shorts and I found out he had three inch long leg hair, and it got to me and made me want to cringe...

for myself, i think just being neat is the most important aspect.

How can you shorten your leg hair without actually totally removing it? Will normal clippers do?
yes! :P

Been away a while - this post is sooooo interesting, fun, candid, informative & active. Thanks to the members who supported my little 2cents.

Funny funny funny about the ring-around-the-bum-bum: makes me feel better - but golly-gee - you've got some guts to get that waxed - ow!
;p

btw: has anyone tried those new bikini-shavers? are they any good - especially for trimming down-there?

also.. does ANYONE use Epilady? i've seen a version of it reappear in the drugstores - tried it once eeeeons ago and never used it again - horrendous pain! If anyone does use an Epilady - do you have any tips?

The little mini ones, look like doll razors?

They're good for the sides. I have the Noxzema ones B)

 Haha, this is very entertaining. The male crotch from the female perspective, "its a jungle out there"
