Yep, just like meowmix said, it's the Deauville Beauty case, the one JLo had in the ad. the inside is especially designed for beauty products like makeups...etc.

Do you think that would be okay for a guy to carry around?

I need something that shape for my everyday crap, and was thinking of buying that with the additional shoulder strap.

I already have the porte documents pegase which is basically the same as that bug HUMONGOUS carry-on luggage size, which is totally ridiculous to carry around all the time.

I have also been considering the abbesses messenger, but I just like the shape of the deauville a lot

Is that the Deauvile this guy is holding?

It looks the same, yet also looks like the PDP that I have, but I don't think it could be because the PDP is reeeeeally thick. That one looks like a more reasonable size.

hmmmmm i think only certain people could pull it off. i'd have to see you with it. depends on how big it looks when your carrying it. if it looks too small on you it'll look like your carrying a purse.

i would definetly say go with the messenger bag though

I'm almost positive that bag in the ad is the alize something-or-other. I'm sure my father has the same one lying around somewhere. It looks very similar to the Beauty case but it's a bit bigger, and comes with a strap or something. I don't remember. Whatever you do, don't get the beauty case. It's way too small and would look like a manly handbag on a guy.

Okay, so my father does have this bag... I checked it out and the Alize straight up looks like a luggage bag.... which is what my father uses it for. It's even built like one. It looks like 2 beauty cases smashed together. There are 2 zippered compartments. 1 of them opens all the way like a suitcase would, and the other zips about halfway...

Thanks for the tip: I'm not considering getting that "beauty case" anymore. It would be way too small and look like a purse

And yes, the Alize your father has is the same one I have! It is SO huge! I use it for luggage as well.

I think I'm going to get the Porte Documents Pegase! It seems SO perfect.

Do any of you know if it is possible to attach a strap to the PDP? I love it, but i'm not too sure about a bag I have to lug around in my hand all day.

I've never seen this particular bag in person.. It doesn't appear to have any accomodation for shoulder carrying.. which sucks sometimes.

I just saw a episode of "Newlyweds" and Jessica Simpson has a beatiful big brown bag with "O" rings in the side.

If anyone knows who is the designer of the bag please write back.

If you look at the users info of (SOME) who are posting comments regarding Jessica Simpson's "brown bag with O rings", it seems kind of suspicious to me that they have posted very few messages on the board. I mean, it could be an advertising ploy... or maybe it really is just a popular bag that people are interested in. Anyway, just my speculation

I dont think any of those in that thread are the bag you are talking about. It's a brown hobo type bag with I think gold o-rings... and the handle kind of weaves through the o-ring..

I dont know the brand... wish I could help you, but i like the bag
