Odd buying question

After Noticing this jacket on style.com (Dolce & Gabbana fall 2005) I fell in love. I live in Canada - so anyone knows how I might come across it? Would they be selling it already as a ready-to-wear item? Would I have to call them to order? Is that allowed? lol!

No doubt that is going to be an EXPENSIVE piece. That much croc skin? If it's real croc, I wager that it is no less than $10K!

Mens Jeans that fit a little bigger

Hey all, just wondering if you guys(girls) know any jeans that fit a little bigger. I wear a size 38 in most jeans but I know that sometimes i try on a pair of diesels and their too tight depending on the style. Same with sevens/true religon/paper denim. Its hard to find my size at some places and i dont have the time to go scrounging them up so i was thinking of ordering online.

So, please post any brand/style or even wash that you know/heard fit a little larger, thanks!
