purse with FACES on it

i was in Banana Republic last week and there was a trendy little Asian chick with a cute purse, but when I asked who made it, she didn't speak english...

anyway, i'll try to describe as best i can:

it was a medium sized bag, sort of the shape of the Louis Vuitton Speedy but smaller... it was a medium shade of brown and had (human??) small "sketched" faces on it (not photographs or anything).... all the same size but different colors (neutrals: olive, cream, beige, etc). i couldn't tell what material it was but i don't think it was leather. it seemed more casual as well.

i know its a long shot, but i figured i'd give it a try anyway. thanks!

Is it possible that it was a Kate Spade? I seem to recall that a year or two ago she had something like that.

I don't know about in-store, retro, but Net-a-porter.com has the gray sass&bide misfits if you can handle the low rise Other than that, I'd try shopbop.com or revolveclothing.com. They both have an extensive selection of denim

Does anyone know what brand is the one that uses 2 'x's stitched on the front? I've seen polo's from them before, where when you pop the collar there's a design underneath, and random stitchings, etc.. and on a tv show the other night I saw a cable knit sweater with that logo and I just need to know the brand!!
