This will make some of you laugh as it's such an iconic bag, but I'm after the exact style name of this hobo-ish B-bag. There are so many shape variations of these, it makes my head spin! :blink:

:flower: I would like to know too. It looks fab.

Could someone identify this bag for me? Or something similar? Thank you so much :blush:

I'm pretty sure it's the Courier.

Well that's two votes for courier so far, I'll follow that lead and do some research. :)

Hey everyone

I bought this really cute grey blue sling purse at an op shop today and it has a little horse and cart emblem on the front. It doesn't have any other tags but I *know* I've seen the motif somewhere before... here's a pic;

Can anyone tell me the brand, any info appreciated

Ta :)

It's a long shot I know, but anyone else have any ideas about this logo? I'm really keen to find out it's a rare 60s celine or something! I tried emailing them several times but never received a response :( I took a closer pic of the logo if it helps;

If it helps, the interior is a beautiful velvety fabric, and the hinges on the strap are really unique. Thank you so much if you can help me!!

britpop, could it be Hermes? Don't they have a horse-carriage something as their logo??

I had a look, and their logo is veeery similar but not quite;

the horse and cart are around the other way and the man is standing in front of the horse instead of riding in the carriage... I suppose it could be an earlier incarnation of their logo seeing as they've been around for 170 years though!

I can't find a similar logo for Coach, their thing seems to be the word 'Coach' instead;

or the monogram print;

Thanks for your suggestions though :)

Oh, I remember when you first posted this bag - I wondered if it might be the original Celine Sulky logo! But I just went to their site and looked through the history section - the Sulky was introduced in 1967 and it's just not quite the same design as this one. To be honest, the stitching on the applique wouldn't really support it being a Celine, either - it's not precise enough.

True, I'm not a vintage expert by any stretch so it is entirely possible that it's just a no-name brand, or even an old knock-off or something! Thanks for trying to help though, I appreciate it :)
