H&M has some hairbands like that. i bought myself 2 of those: they came in pairs, one is black and the other one is turquoise, they are very think and have a 'glossy' aspect to them...if i am not wrong,they are £3.50

Hello, has anyone heard of the fashion line "Kate"? A local boutique here as well as Satine Boutique had, this past spring, some very cute 50s style shirt dresses with a very swingy skirt, in soft cotton, but both were sold out of my size. I can't seem to find this designer anywhere, and googling is hopeless as what I mostly get is moss, olsen, winslet, etc. Does anyone know who else sells this line?

uniq--they have some very cool mid-length black and white striped tops that I really dig at topshop's online store. definitely could be worn as both top or minidress. You might have to look in both "dresses" and "tops"... www.topshop.co.uk. I think they ship to europe, unfortunately not here to u.s. so I will just have to look on and wish

I'm trying to find those high-waisted jeans (that practically reach your belly button and squeeze your tummy in) like those worn in the seventies. I saw this picture in this thread already but they're a bit too expensive (I'm a poor college student)....has anyone seen semi-cheap jeans that resemble these pants? Thanks for any ideas

Hi, I have a basic question which I hope some of you more savvy fashionistas can help me with: I saw a gorgeous top in a runway show SS 06, but I don't know how to go about looking for it so that may buy it. I realize that some of the outfits are just 'trends' that don't necessarily end in stores. But I've looked up the designer and none of the stuff from the show is in the online stores. Whats the deal? Sorry I am such a novice.
