The Niche Market Designers Thread

I don't think we have a thread like this on TFS yet! Do know or know of any designers that specialize in non-standard sizes or for a specific market? Who are your favourites?

I am now absolutely IN LOVE with Fernanda Carneiro's dresses. I am also in love with TLE Designs.

Both above-mentioned lines specialize in petite/shorter sizes.

What do you think of these designers? What's the best way to promote them? The niche market for this is pretty big!
