Re the GQ US cover:
I like the ed, but I don't like the cover. I like Kate's spark and smize - she really does pull of the eye intensity thing - undoubtedly her big breasts have opened doors for her, but I am not a fan of her being put in too small bikinis.
I have to admit I like Kate Upton as well. And I think she always looks dynamic in photos. No, she's not going to work well for high fashion work, but she isn't trying to, so there's no reason to hold that against her. She's very beautiful and she's very fit and I like her editorial alot.
The new issue of L'uomo Vogue is actually surprisly good. The other covers are Katy Perry and Pato. Editorial wise is also not bad: there are some fashion eds with models (all advertorial sections but still), some with young actors (including the stunning Niels Schneider), some athlets... And a fece random features (Kim and Katy).
I'm glad I pocket it up. Posted via Mobile Device
Usually there's one or two per issue (with models, actors or athletes - it depends), in this issue there are more and if you ignore Kim's and Katy's eds it's a solid issue, content wise. Design wise it's still terrible, I mean, Pato's face is fully covered by "L'Uomo" on the cover
