I'd say it's the US version - it can only be found on ebay.com (with not one issue on sale at ebay.co.uk) and moreover, the seller has blanked out their subscriber address as seen on the front of the issue - in the UK, subscription issues don't have addresses printed on the magazine itself.

That looks like a really old shot from about four years ago, when she had some flesh on the bone.

UK Esquire July 2007 : Monica Bellucci

Image from ebay.co.uk - and the listing also mentions there are features on golfer Oli Fisher, the America's Cup, Hugo Chavez the President of Venezuela, Bjorn Borg, Sir Rocco Forte and the Land Rover. Bellucci edit is 8 pgs long (my memory is telling me it's a reprint from another magazine) and the overall magazine is thin, thin, thin at 156 pgs (my first impression when I was flicking through the issue earlier in the shop).
