Testino doesn't shoot for GQ US much right?

Anyway this is as close as we'll ever get in the next light year to having a model on the cover (he used to be a model, he was in a US Vogue ed by Bruce Weber a while back for anyone who cares)...too bad it's so safe and bland as usual :(.

Here is a preview of Numero Homme F/W 09.10

i believe that was march 08 he was w/ caroline trentini and he also had an ed way back in JUNE 2001 it was an ed inspired by SURVIVOR (the reality show) he along with other male models and KAROLINA, DEVON, DARIA, KAREN, LIYA pretended to be contestants

March 08 was by Steven Klein and the Survivor ed was by Bruce Weber :flower:

I like that NUMÉRO Homme cover. Very Interesting. The GQ doesn't do any justice...

do you mean daria werbowy? i strongly doubt she was there cos in june 2001 she was still a minor model modeling in canada only. ??

^Indeed, no way that Daria was in US Vogue then.

^It indeed an exciting sneek preview, I just hope it's not the actual cover though.

GQ August 2009
M : Michael Fassbender

Michael Fassbender
The Best Irish Import Since Guinness

Not only did Michael Fassbender starve himself to the weight of a bicycle to play IRA martyr Bpbby Sands in director Steve McQueen’s Hunger, but his feral performance could have given Christopher Hitchens religion. So we already know that the British Isles’ latest acting-genius-in-the-making can do that grimly committed Christian Bale-Daniel Day Lewis thing as well as anybody. But guess what: As the lucky folk who saw Fish Tank at this year’s Cannes Film Festival discovered, Fassender can also do that dangerously seductive Albert Finney-Richard Burton working-class thing like he was born to it, believably turning the teen heroine’s head when she gets all itchy in the Adidas about Mum’s new Adonis. And in case you’re wondering whether he can pull off that dapper but dashing David Niven-James Mason thing in the bargain, get ready for Fassbender’s very funny performance as Lieutenant Archie Hicox - the ultimate gallant British commando, as if you couldn’t guess just from the name–in Quentin Taratino’s imminent Inglourious Basterds. Calling this dude a triple threat is just our way of hoping we don’t run out of fingers before he’s through. If it turns out he can sing, your significant other is so over you, it’s not funny.
