All teen magazines are going down the tubes (aside from Vogue Girl Korea and Elle Girl Korea.)

I posted this two weeks ago, and have decided that even VOGUE GIRL has gone down the drains; I hope Elle Girl remains as great as it is currently!

the only good teen fash mag i can think of here in the UK was elle girl, but i wonder why they stopped it?

Yeah I've just been thinking about that.
I have no idea though. I think it was to do with circulation probably?

god, do teen magazines always have such predictable cover choices?

Whoah is that US CosmoGirl?
It's very different from before (or the last time I even bothered to look at it )
Sort of like ElleGirl.... but the cover choice is so bland and boring!

More than I usually like their covers, but yes teen mags definitely are very predictable.
I didn't realize anyone thought LC was a 'tortured soul' anyway..?

Surprisingly I actually like the September 2008 CosmoGirl cover. I don't believe I've ever picked up an issue before (if I have, I was very young), but it looks...interesting. But as for Lauren Conrad, it's once again a very predictable and SAFE cover choice.

If you look inside the magazine, they changed the entire format starting with the September issue. I agree, that it looks better than usual. I think they're trying to make it look more mature and "artsy".
