I think I might have posted them together back when the Gucci collection was first shown. They're literally the same exact dress, just one is embroidered with sequins, the other with bugle beads.

I don't see any real similarities in any of the Balenciaga comparisons, with the exception of the last Donna Karan dress. I'm just not seeing it in the other ones.

The B&W one is definitely similar, but the one thing that bothers me about those LBD's from Balenciaga is that, for the next few years anyway, anytime a designer sends a fitted black dress with a slit down a runway people are gonna scream "knockoff".

or that the big brands can create more impact, get to more viewers and faster (because of more money) > thus, when a person sees a design, they relate automatically to something they created..

one thing's for sure, when they create a collection, they have one or two or three things that are super memorable and they repeat it over and over in each look..
