here are details of McCartney and Jil Sander FW09.10 ...
where you can see they are not exactly the same ... but two different type of jacket ...
the material, the collar, the finishing, placement of the button (which make a different silhouette once closed) the shapes of sleeves' cuff etc. make them 2 different jacket ...

arms, the cut and the single button are the same. i see the similarity too

the cut is the biggest difference while Jil Sander made an hourglass silhouette the shape in Stella McCartney is more normal but the cuff is the highlight

Stella's jacket reminds me of this Karl Lagerfeld S/S 08 jacket. The collar and lapels. Of course they aren't the same length but it was the first thing that popped in my mind when I saw Stella's jacket.
