I know that in this forum are mainly Irina fans,so I won´t have any chance.I know that I can´t judge other characters from my theatre study experiences,but I can defintely say,that her behaviour looks extremly fake in interviews.You know...facial expressions,voice,behaviour,movement,accents....I can´t judge her character ,but from my studies I can defintely judge if someone´s behaviour is fake or not.

Kate on the opposite is really much herself.In interviews she shows natural,spontaneus expressions,she´s not exaggerated,she´s not trying to hard.I think all in all Kate is a very natural woman,if you like her personality or not,but you can´t say she behaves unnatural in interviews.

Pete Doherty's week: Cat crack, a new girl and a beating from Winehouse's dad

It has been a busy week for Pete Doherty.Rumor has it the cracked out British rocker is dating a chick named Amelie. Her name might sound familiar, because Amelie is the same girl who stole one of Pete Doherty's blood paintings and tried to sell it on eBay.
There is also word on the street that Amy Winehouse's dad beat the heroin out of Doherty last week.

“[Mitch] told him to leave Amy alone, saying that he was the last person she needs at moment,” a source told the Sun.
“Pete was smirking until Mitch turned and whacked him [with a guitar].”

Doherty also got in some trouble by the British version of the APSPCA, the RSPCA. The animal protection agency was investigating Pete for allegedly giving his cat crack.
As a result, Pete has evidently been feeding his cat gourmet meals to show that he loves her.
It's all in a week's work for a cracked out rock star.

Paparazzo claims star 'attacked' her with a camera strap

A photographe who claims she was assaulted by Babyshambles' Pete Doherty in August, officially reported her charge yesterday (December 4), meaning police may investigate the matter.

Cath Mead, who was trailing Doherty in Somerset, where he was staying with his then-girlfriend Irina Lazareanu, claims Doherty attacked her after she attempted to take photographs of the couple.

Mead claims Doherty chased her into a music shop, kicked her and pulled her hair, hit her with a camera strap and damaged her equipment.

A spokesperson for Avon And Somerset Police said: "She wasn't seriously injured, but it's believed damage was caused to her camera."

Also, I apologize if I contributed to the off-topic stuff. This thread was originally called something like "Pete Doherty and Irina Lazareanu: Engaged" when I first subscribed to it, so it's a bit confusing to remember that it's no longer the same subject matter. Anyway, I love Pete, and his music, and I'll stick to posting about him now. ;o)

Pete Doherty arrested and bailed over paparazzo clash

Rock star Pete Doherty has been arrested and released on police bail on suspicion of assaulting a photographer in Somerset in August.

Police have confirmed they will carry out further enquiries after the Babyshambles singer reportedly clashed with photographer Cath Mead.

Doherty allegedly chased the photographer into a shop in the town of Crewkerne after she took a shot of his then girlfriend Irina Lazareanu.

A spokesman for Avon and Somerset Police told Amateur Photographer today (5 December 'On Monday 3 December officers from the Met arrested a 28-year-old on behalf of Avon and Somerset Police. He was arrested on suspicion of assault and criminal damage in relation to an incident in Crewkerne on Wednesday 22 August.'

The police statement added: 'He has been given police bail pending further enquiries and he will be required to attend Crewkerne Police Station on a date in January.'

Reports suggest that, before the alleged assault occurred, Doherty had been posing for photographers.

It is believed that the photographer, 22, wasn't seriously injured but damage was caused to her camera.

Babyshambles replace Pete Doherty with fan for NME show


Drew McConnell and Adam Ficek play unique Shockwaves NME Awards gig

Babyshambles performed tonight (December 6) without frontman Pete Doherty.

As previously reported, the former Libertine failed to show for the Shockwaves NME Awards Launch Party at IndigO2 in London with members of Babyshambles explaining that the singer was unwell.

Instead, bassist Drew McConnell and drummer Adam Ficek performed as a duo, although they got some unexpected help during their seven-song set.

After host George Lamb told the crowd that Doherty would not appear, McConnell took the stage, explaining: "Alright, my name is Drew and this is Adam, this is quite embarrassing really but it's been a hell of a day. Adam and I are here, but the other two boys (Doherty and guitarist Mick Whitnall) in the band aren't. It's a pain in the a*** really."

He then offered to play for the crowd of 300 competition winners, asking them: "We can try to sing some songs for you, are up for that? OK, sing along if you know the words."

After loud cheers, the duo kicked off with 'I Wish' before McConnell then said he'd throw the setlist open to the fans.

"Erm, we could do requests," he explained, before speaking directly to one fan at the front. "Do you know how to play? What's your name? Jamie? Come on, let's get Jamie up here."

The fan, Jamie Bell, was then helped over the barrier, taking the guitar from McConnell, who resumed his bass rolls as the makeshift trio performed 'Carry On Up The Morning', with Bell singing the song in a Doherty-esque voice.

"I thought that was f***ing beautiful man," McConnell told the crowd after the fan returned to the audience, "he's doing better than I am for f***'s sake!"

The pair then performed 'Beg, Steal Or Borrow' and 'Delivery', before Josh Hubbard from The Paddingtons, who was watching the gig from the wings, bounded onstage to play a cover of The Clash's 'Janie Jones' and The Vaselines' 'Molly's Lips'.

Ending the set as a duo again, McConnell thanked the crowded for "bearing with" and "for not killing us", before they wrapped things up with a storming version of 'F*** Forever'.

Earlier tonight, Joe Lean And The Jing Jang Jong and The Wombats played rousing sets to kick off NME's first ever awards launch party.

Bassist Drew McConnell commented: "There's a legitimate reason why he couldn't make it. It's not anything to do with drugs being taken, put it like that. He's our best mate and a recovering addict. It wasn't right for him to come out tonight."

Pete Doherty Attacked By Drug Dealer

Pete Doherty was attacked by a drug dealer in his local pub.
Drinkers at the Sun Inn, Marlborough, Wiltshire, watched as a stocky 6ft 2in thug shouted "You should get your gear from me" before delivering a punch to the junkie rocker’s face which left him on the ground.
One regular told the Mirror: "It was horrible. Pete was really shaken up and upset."
Pete’s record label Parlophone Records confirmed he was punched on Sunday by a stranger but denies drugs were involved.
Police say they are investigating the incident.
