The shopping experience - why do you hate it ?

-The very loud music they play in some shops-The lighting in the changing rooms-Changing rooms were I hardly fit in-Shopping when it is humid weather (which is all the time in Holland)-Changing rooms with a curtain that hardly closes-Changing rooms without a mirror-Stores that are so small that I can hardly turnMaybe I should try online shopping....

I hate crowded stores, going through so much stoff that are 'trendy', and full of girls in the store wearing it.

I'm just generally sick of shopping.. don't get me wrong I love getting new stuff, but the whole experience stresses me out!

crowded stores
people that push and shove others
messy stores
not finding anything I like
finding something I like but it's not in my size
clothes that fit well in the dressing room but when I get them home don't

I generally hate shopping, that's why I try to do it as little as possible.

i hate it when you are trying on clothes and you come out of the changing room and all the shop assistants stare at you and talk to each other about you as if you weren't there......I HATE that.

I hate it when I see something I really like and then they don't have my size. Trying on jeans, I just always feel fat. Sales assistants, they either don't leave me alone, or they completley ignore me. Thats why I look at stuff online and then go to the store and get it and leave.

I hate how at Express, the changing rooms that are in the middle of the store have doors that end at my knees. If I want to leave my legs hairy, that's my business, the entire store doesn't need to see it while I try on jeans.

when they have pushy SAs...

and when the mirrors in the dressing rooms are tilted so you think you look thinner than you really do

Sales Assistants can be very annoying. They can also be very helpful. The street goes both ways.

I don't like a messy store. I don't like a store with very loud music/noises or loud people.

I find it distasteful when a store won't even take the time to make a little, "flow-through", so customers can navigate the space easier. Nothing is worse than a confusing store with racks upon racks breathing on you; and signs leading to nowhere other than hell.

For the most part, I just avoid places like that. Or go internet shopping. But the above is from personal experience. You live and learn.

Same here.:(

When I want to look at the beauty counters but keep getting harrased by the SAs
When I want something but dont have the money. And when I do have the money but cant find anything I want
The droop I get about 2 hrs in!

snobby sales clerks at luxury stores

the fact that I wear one size in one store, and an entirely different one in another store.

when they don't have my size at all

-I like shopping online

sales people - in every second small store here you meet those girls who are very annoyed by the fact they are working as sales people and not as general managers.
questions like:
- what exactly you're looking for?
- how you're suppose to wear 36 size shoes - you are so tall?
trying to convince me to buy something when obviously it doesn't fit me right...

i hate when fitting rooms have a curtain instead of a door. they never close all the way and i am always paranoid that people can see me changing!
