Ha ha. Sorry, opra. I meant to pm you with the news and further details, actually. Har Mar Superstar was there as well, although I don't give a flip about him. Albert was wearing a beige puffy coat, kind of highwater pants, and those white patent shoes that go up to his ankle. His hair was totally afroed out, so "the poodle" is still in good shape. He had some stubble, but he looked cute. Cat actually mentioned him onstage, asking him to get her another glass of wine. I thought of you when I saw him.

Albert is ridiculously cute up close when he's in a charming mood but he's a bit of a jerk if he's in an egotistical mood...he's seriously a split personality. i was infatuated from the first time i met him (his sweetness made me giddy) but the last time really turned me off (not so much in his behaviour toward me but some other things i witnessed). i'm amazed that he and Cat have made it this far considering he's cheated on him (i've seen it happening) sooo many times. Good luck to them!

One thing's for sure, the man knows how to dress.

I did, a long time ago, on the Strokes MB and no offense, i'd rather not go over it again. And I didn't mean to imply i'd seen him many many times, although I can see how you'd misinterpret that. I only did a couple. In closer circles, however, it's well known. Hopefully he's reformed...Cat seems like a good match for him. I have witnessed him talk to her on his cell phone from an after party only to make out with 2 underagers as soon as he hung up. But that was last year.

That's too bad. I feel like Fab and MAYBE Nick are the only two who can be counted on not to cheat on their significant others. Julian himself has openly admitted in the past to his penchant for cheating on women. Good luck, Juliet. Fade to Black, I feel like The Strokes get most of their clothing from vintage stores, with perhaps a few wardrobe staples thrown in that may be costlier or from a more "designer" label. Nothing goes better with Converse than hip, vintage clothes.

Oh, I'm mot saying they don't. If anyone, Nick and Albert would wear designer items. Most of their stuff still looks like they picked it up from any NYC vintage store, though. That's what it appears like to me anyway. lunabella, Nick seems pretty devoted to her, but what the hell do I know - I haven't seen much how he and she interact or anything.

I do agree with nycgirl, I think Nick and Albert seem to be the most fashion forward guys of the band. But most of their stuff seem to be vintage. And even if they do wear a lot of designer stuff, I would still love them....
