I don't think they mind their fans getting their songs early. They are already playing them in their concerts and the concerts were live on the radio so there are MANY people who already got those songs!

I read an interview with Nick just before they came over here and he was saying they want to play the new songs but they know that if they do the songs will end up all over the net. They didin't want that to happen but couldn't really avoid it etc

Last i checked they lived in the Lower East Side, although I read that Fab has a condo in Soho, or something. I know that Jules and Albert used to share an apartment, but thats certainly not the case since Julian is now married.
