I think you're talking about a Chloe one (Im pretty sure it's Chloe). I cant find a pic but you can get them at Forever 21 and the such. I got one from Urban Outfitters.

i think that kirsten's shoes are christian louboutin (spelling?), because i think that is the brand with the trademark red soles. they look like a classic make that would be re-issued every season, but i am not sure. they are really nice.
