It's obvious she's pregnant, it's not just a rumor anymore... But i can't help remembering in one of the episode of the simple life 4 when she had to watch a video of a childbirth, she was so discusted and then she said "maybe i'll just adopt"

Btw,why is everybody suddenly a psychologist in here ?? Los Angeles, CA (BANG) - Nicole Richie has further fuelled pregnancy rumors by abstaining from alcohol at a showbiz party. The 26-year-old - who allegedly received test results confirming she is pregnant two weeks ago - attended the Yves Saint Laurent Centre Dance Arts party at the Beverly Hills Hotel with boyfriend Joel Madden on Thursday night.
A source told the New York Daily News newspaper: "Nicole had everyone whispering when she declined alcohol."
"The Simple Life" star - renowned for her skinny frame - first sparked rumors after being photographed with an apparent baby bump.
A source told Life and Style Weekly magazine last week: "Nicole recently underwent a series of tests, including blood and urine screenings, which confirmed she is pregnant."
Nicole was photographed outside a reproductive clinic last month - just days after her alcohol-fuelled Memorial Day barbecue.
She is said to be going on a special diet for the sake of her unborn child. An insider said: "Nicole's determined to get healthy for her own sake and the baby's." The star's representative has refused to comment on the pregnancy reports.
Nicole, the adopted daughter of singer Lionel Richie, is said to be engaged to Good Charlotte frontman Joel. She is facing a possible jail sentence after she was arrested for DUI (driving under the influence) last December.

I mean, it could also be that she doesn't want to be photographed with alcohol so close to the time of her court hearing for her DUI. Not saying that this is the case, but it very well could be.

An abortion? Do you know that that will do to her popularity? The whole world would hate her. And plus, i don't think she's the type to have an abortion either.

So, tell me - what exactly is the "type" of person to have an abortion?

What a disgusting, ignorant thing to say - you don't know other people's circumstances so get off your high horse! I hope you never ever have to go through the pain that many, many women go through having to make the terrible decision to have an abortion, for WHATEVER reason.

Back on topic - if she chooses to keep the child, well I'm sure she'll adapt to being a mother just like most women do. And I also think she looks pregnant - the boobs say it all!

That's completely unfair. The choice of what a woman does to her own body is left to the woman herself. For health, personal, money reasons--it's the woman's choice.

the max is actually a year in jail...she won't get that but I'm pretty sure she will get jail time. She admitted to being under the influence of substances and she was driving on the wrong side of a major freeway.

IF she is pregnant she will probably be sent to that medical facility...Twin Towers...instead...

Yeah I would be shocked if she didn't at least get some jail time. I doubt it will get the same media hoopla that Paris got though.

I really just have a gut feeling that she is in no way shape or form with child.

If she is, however, it's nice if she's trying to straighten up her act a bit. She's an adult, and at arguably the perfect age to have her first child.

I think the biggest clue that she is pregnant is the fact that she keeps trying to pospone her trial. If she is indeed pregnant and indeed is trying to use it to keep her out of jail, then it would make sense that she would want to push it forward until she is showing more

It's weird because I don't follow her at all...I posted once on this thread to defend a women's right to choose... I guess it was just in my subconscious.

Well, this new report says it’s not.
Chicago Sun-Times gossip columnist Bill Zwecker reports that “after a long chat with a close Nicole Richie source Tuesday, I’m confident that Paris Hilton’s TV reality co-star is not pregnant.”
Woo hoo!
Nor is Richie engaged to Madden.
Though she was spotted wearing a big ring at a recent event, it was just a borrowed item Nicole wore from a Hollywood jeweler for a charity benefit.
While Paris is released from jail next week, Nicole’s drama will begin July 11th, when her DUI trial starts.
Hopefully (if we’re lucky) they’ll allow cameras in the courtroom!
