I have just started to get back into swimming laps as part of my exercise routine after a few years away from it.
The downside is that the chlorine is playing havoc with my colored, dark brown hair. It never seems to wash away completely, even after shampooing, and my color is turning brassy. I do wear a swimcap but it dosen't keep your hair from getting wet. I have started using Ultra Swim shampoo. It does help but still dosen't completely remove the chlorine.
I was wondering if anyone has any tips to get chlorine out of your hair and keep it from ruining the color.
