I went to UA Harajuku again and checked carefully. now 40% off.
some things that caught my eye are:

lots of nice belts from various brands

corduroy jackets (camel, grey) from Michael Tapia, which I almost bought


and today I saw many LM/Cd pieces on sale there.
soft shoes (black, navy, light grey, ivory), about 45000 yen
signature oxfords ("white", dark brown, black,etc)
shoes with soft toes (black)

heavy cotton jersey coat and jacket (pale green, grey, black)
heavy linen coat (off black, natural)
heavy linen pants (off black, light grey, one size fits all)
cotton shirt (white, black)
cotton top (light grey)
and so on.

they have those items in various sizes so far.
also some womens pieces.

I don't remember the exact price of them, sorry.
but maybe about 100000 for the pants, 45000 for the shirt

Is the selection of UA and beams good compared to stores like
Lift Etage, Restir, and Barneys?

Also, how is the 10 corso como comme des garcons?

Just trying to see what unecessary running around I can cut out of my plans.

in my opinion Restir and Barneys Shinjuku are not so interesting. Barneys Yokohama is good though.
I like these stores in Harajuku area.
