True Blood

Well Bill and Sookie finally get it on, at least it looks that way. Jason hitting Sookie though...not cool...I think he chokes her too.

^ I hope that's not just a sequence from one of Sookie's dreams but actually happening. I love them together!

I was totally shocked at the end scene of the recent episode... I do love the fact that they use so many cliffhangers though, lol. I feel like they're killing off all of the characters! They better not touch Lafayette! lol. His scene in the diner was hilarious - those rednecks didn't know what hit them

Wow this show is getting better with each episode i hope they can keep the pace up.

I really enjoyed the last episode, it was touching and exciting and funny.

But OMG this cant be true about the last scene  i loved LS on this show. But its also great how unexpected it all is :ninja: no character is safe.

Belowen i so second that about Lafayette, i just love him, and he better not be going places.Dosent he rock the eye make-up?

Satin Chic thanks for posting the preview, looks good.

Oh and i know its redundant, but wow Bill is soo insanely attractive.

Tonight was by far the best ep so far...

I nearly threw in the towel last week (Ep 4) but stuck with it and this week's (Ep 5) roped me back in. The reason I was losing interest is that I thought it was becoming slightly hokey. The switchblade fangs in particular. But Bill's presentation at the church was convincing emotionally. Absolutely gutted about granny and I refuse to watch scenes from next week so I'm hoping it's not what it looks like.

On another note, yay for recent divorcees in bars. :innocent:

Oh, I love Hoyt so much, he's such a sweetheart!

 at the last sentance.

I agree about the fangs, i dont like them either, and that scene with Bill at the church was excellent.

Did anyone notice in the second epsiode, i think, there was a tabloid on the table in one scene, and the headline was: "Angelina adopts a Vampire baby", that soo cracked me up.

^Hahaha, I've seen that too! I even paused it just to look at the headline a lil bit longer. It was sooo funny! :D

OMG!

My bro got the first four episodes for me last night and he SWORE Id love em ... and i loved it from episode ONE ... the accents are a bit dodgy ... but not as dodgy as Nat Portmans on that movie where she has a baby on a Kmart ...

Bill is SO hot ... and i absolutely love the wicked sense of humour ... what disturbs me the most of this series is that

A) Im not into vampires but I love this (Dont you see its an obvious twist on human rights just like the gays are having right now ... I love it!)
B) Its so hot and sexy it makes me ticklish in parts a tv show shudnt ...

"God Hates Fangs"

So last night's Ep 6 I found a bit on the boring side until - well I guess no one should read this if not seen yet - the part where Sookie breaks down while eating the pie and then the very end when she offers her neck to Bill. That was ultra erotic and really believable. But too short before the credits rolled!

The endings always work well...I love that the eps pick directly up where they left off.

The pie eating scene was so sweet and sad. And Lafayette kills me...he had the best lines in this ep.

WOW i guess i am the only one who was totally freaked by the ending, i just didnt see that coming. What does it mean?

The scene with Suki breaking down eating the pie was beautiful, Anna nailed it.

Oh and at the risk of sounding crass; Dosent Bill have the greatest behind or what?  Its unavoidable in some scenes. :shifty:

^ I've always thought he was kind of weird and creepy..
(highlight) What does he have to do with the dog that's always around anyway? Do they have some kind of mental connection or is Sam a werewolf?

I wonder what happened to Bill.. He obviously can't have been in the burning house (no storyline without him, plus the next ep. is called "The Forth Man in the Flames" or sth like that).

Oh, and I loved the Sookie/Bill action in the latest episode! Finally! :woot: Their chemistry is insane, btw.

I think in the books Sam can transform into the dog. So I suppose sometimes he turns back without any control.

Sookie and Bill in the bathtub scene was such a great moment...I don't know what the hell happened to him afterward though. I love when she was bragging about screwing Bill to Lafayette and when she walked away he was like..."Skank"...LMAO

^^^ Yeah, I too think he is either a warewolf or some sort of shape shifter.

LUXXX, I think Bill said that at the bar so other vampires wouldn't cause any trouble and leave. I truly beleive he has feelings for Sookie.

Well, uncle Bartlett's (or whatever his name is) part was short lived  and pretty nasty too.:ninja:

Now, can anyone explain to me why Sookie (or any other women that were bitten) didn't turn into vampires?

love, sookie is not a vampire, at least not at that moment...

to become a vampire, you have to die as a human bc of draining of the blood to the point of death, or some very serious injury or sickness,
and then when you are about to leave this world, you feed on the blood of a vampire who prevents you from actually leaving earth, but turns you into one of the walking dead a/ka/ vampire.
hth.
