I don't get the part about Eric's hair, I mean couldn't he just wash the blood away? what's the trouble about having human blood on his hair, am I missing something? :/

I heard good things about this show and so decide to watch the first episode last monday. Needless to say, I am now completely caught up and can't wait until Sunday I just love the chemistry between Bill/Sookie (though I know not everyone is a fan of Paquin, I think she plays the role perfectly) and the complexity of the characters.

Also, Alexander Skarsgard. I love where the show is going. I had a couple of reservations about things and *hoped* they were part of the writers master plan, and it seems like they are so.....yum. It's weird how you get used to blood and sex the very first scene that involved blood I was kind of like 'um....' and the most recent episode it seemed completely natural between Sookie and Bill.

^The chemistry between Bil & Sookie is amazing, I actually loved how old world their courtship was on screen in season 1...it seemed really romantic.You rarely see romance come across well on screen anymore.

i agree. I love her character. She's very "old-fashioned" in her community(ie doesn't sleep around) and do you remember when Marianne met her - she called her an old soul. So I think they show how Bill and Sookie connect on that level. And I love the symbolism of their homes being separated by a graveyard.

The recycling thing is Along with the fact that they all have cell phones. I love the touches of comedy in the show. It's so beautifully played.

yes, the Wii golf. "what's your game?" I also noticed that Bill's car of choice is a BMW, I wonder where he gets his money from. I'm counting down until tomorrow's episode. I can't wait!
