Wow!! I've been reading this thread and there are so many downright rude and utterly snobby replies to people with an actual question about Uggs!!

For those of you who can't stand/despise/hate/abhor Uggs, you can share that and then leave!! No need to stay around and mock those who like Uggs!!

And gosh darn it I've been wanting to post this to SO many of you clueless rude people who keep repeating "Well if it's snowing outside they're ok because you can't see them!" UGGS ARE NOT MEANT FOR SNOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They get ruined by snow as it will seep through the exterior of the shoe and soak the sheepskin!! They aren't even meant for rain!! Cold, sure, but trudging through mountains of snow? NO!

For those of you asking "are they in? and "can I wear them?", who's permission do you need to wear boots?? And really, nothing is ever "in". YOU decide what's "in" and wear it because YOU like it!!! You don't need someone else's approval to get dressed in the morning, do you??

I just got my second pair of classics, nordstrom has the really pretty grey ones for fall (they won't ship until first of sept. though) and Uggs are the comfiest things in the world. I wore mine literally almost everyday last winter and got the mocassins to alternate with them. I waterproofed them once with the spray the first night I got them and left them to dry and that's about all I've done. I got the lighter tan which was a pain at first to keep clean, but after a year and oh say 150 times wearing them, they've done pretty good job and I def have my money's worth out of them and I can still wear them now! and btw isn't comfort a true luxury? and true luxuries never go out of style... why settle for wearing break your ankle heels everyday when Uggs exist in the world? my dh likes them too thank goodness otherwise he would be really sick of them by now on me. lol

My hubby likes them too!! He loves any kind of tall boot....he's a leg man!

And I PROUDLY wear my Uggs with a denim mini skirt. Uggs are designed for temps from MINUS 30 degrees F to 80 degrees F AND they're designed to keep your feet cool when it's warm and warm when it's cool. So as odd as it may look to see them in summer, the girl wearing them has cooler feet than you in your sneakers!! Although I must say I have yet to wear mine when it's hot outside!! I live in CA and wearing a mini skirt with a sweater is not odd here as the weather gets brisk but not frigid. Why not wear almost knee high boots with a skirt?

i bought the short and regular classic ones in sand the past two years.. but im lemming for the gray ones in regular this year. i also like the new styles mayfaire and knightsbridge with the zippers.. they look like they would make my legs look a lot better.

I was so bummed out last January when i travelled to the US and i couldn't find Uggs anywhere. I had made up my mind and after going back and forth, i had decided to come back home with a pair. Unluckily, i couldn't find a single store who still had them, since they told me they arrive in April...

I love uggs, they are not the most gorgeous boots in the world but they keep me warm, are perfect for the snow and some of them are cute

well. i love uggs. i fly a lot and during flight they are priceless. when a plane is delayed i can always have a short nap and nothing bugs me in toes.
