Uggs

cold weather makes you smart LOL

wear them in good health!

I bought Uggs Baroque two months ago and I claimed them back today.
The stich at the back of the shoe ripped up (well, for now it's just a small hole), the lady said they'll call me in a week, I hope everything is going to be allright.

But otherwise I love them! So comfy and WARM! I'm very chilly person, so they're perfect for me.:D

One thing that I'm finding odd is that although a lot of my friends hate uggs, they love my cardy ones. I never wear them up, just folded down which I love, they're so cosy and wearable. I'll never like the plain uggs, but the ones that Kate Winslett wears in Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, the sunburst ones, they're incredibly cool, and I won't hear a word said against them!

my uggs are back out and im glad i can wear them in this cold!

i want a pair of the sundance. i'm strangely attracted to those ones more than any other pair of uggs. i wouldn't mind the classic in chocolate.

while i do think the purpose is more for comfort and such, i don't think they're generally ugly at all. they can be silly looking i suppose, but i don't see how they're ugly. lol they're comfy boots- moreso worn in winter. i think they're cute.

Sometimes i see a girl wearing a pair and it looks bad...but when i see another it could look better.... if u wear them with proper clothes like jeans or black leggings with a nice jacket rather then a tracksuit, it looks better...and also the UGGs should always be clean for them too look better.

Uggs hold no appeal for me. I've always found them quite ugly. Not even a bit of discomfort with my current pairs would sway me. I would love to find a pair that was stylish, warm and comfortable...... the perfect trifecta for shoes and boots........ long sought after but rarely achieved, by me at least. Of course, my feet are hideously ugly and deformed.

My first pair of UGGS

Finally got myself a pair of Uggs... usually i dont like this style... but this winter i decide to get it... because it's cold! And on the next day i wore it... it's so soft and comfy... who cares about the look!

I'm in a big dilemma.:(
They called me today and told me that I can get a new pair of Uggs Baroque (size 38) or a credit note. But, the problem is that I'm actually size 39-40, so 39 will be probably better (warmer too). 38 fits me perfectly (I took 38 because I was told they would stretch), but if I wear them on barefoot, they pinch me a bit.
They don't have them in 39 and they can't order them either. I don't know what to do. I think I'll choose another pair, I just don't know which one. :unsure:I hope that they have them in black.

I thought that last year would be it for the UGGs. But I still see stylish girls at my school wearing them. I don't think they'll ever been out of style! (And I still wear my Classic Short Chestnuts, too! )

i gave up on buying UGGS when both of my Sundace (in Black and Chestnut) RIPPED. the quality is not what it used to be...

It's funny, like others, I intially thought uggs were one of the ugliest things I ever saw. I recall when Cameron wore them - before the craze and before anyone ever heard of them - I was like :yuk:. What is all the fuss about! This all changed about three or four years ago when I was out shopping and found Uggs on sale. I decided to try on a pair and I have been hooked every since. I bought two pair that day. I literally were a pair of Uggs almost every day during the cold months as commuter "shoes". I own a gift boutique and also have a full-time job. Lately, time has been running together and I have found myself in Uggs working - no time to change shoes (full-time 4 inche CL usually). Anyway, I was wearing a pant suit one evening on my way from the office and I guy I don't know asked if I was wearing slippers - pants covered most of the boots - I said no, but they sure feel like slippers. :D Another time I was doing some boutique work (I own a gift boutique) - wearing jeans and Uggs (didn't have time to change into the Gucci booties I had planned to wear) and received compliments. I now wear Uggs with skinny jeans and nice tops or tight fitting sweaters. I actually think you can make Uggs look stylist - if you have style.

The lesson here -- just like you shouldn't judge a book by it's cover, you should not judge Uggs by their cover.

Well, I think judging Uggs by one style is silly. I don't like the original style, I think they look a bit too much like slippers and they degrade very quickly, also I'm used to seeing them on chavvy type girls with sports wear. I think they look really lovely if they're worn with style though, as said above. A good quality pair of skinny jeans, maybe a nice tight black polo neck. I love my new cardy boots, although I am taking to wearing my marc jacobs furry ones lots too. I get so many nasty comments from chavs about them, but I care not, they're nicer than everything they're wearing put together as far as I'm concerned!

I quit like the grey pair that look like they are knitted if that makes any sense

OK, after all complication I finally got new Uggs (Baroque), they're the same, only one size bigger. I'm so happy!:woot:
