What is the point of the fabric having so much movement while she just stands there, giving absolutely nothing?

Covers for May in general don't seem to be that great.

Florence isn't a six-foot supermodel, but what is the point of being a fashion magazine with stylists, if you can't find a way to flatter the person you're working with, rather than drowning them in fabric, as if you're trying to cloak their body type.

Some of the head / portrait shots of Florence are nice - I don't know why they didn't go with one of those for the cover.

...Like they had 15Mins with her and just took one test image from each look.

Also...Let's sleep in this girl for about 5 years please.

She's too short for all these fabrics and volumes but I still like it, I have a soft spot for her

I wish that they'll style her like Sabrina Carpenter on Vogue or that other singer on Rolling Stone. Both petite but they looked amazing imo.

Now that you say it, whenever I see Sabrina Carpenter, I always think she looks like a glamorous barmaid, I've never once thought she looks disproportionate in anything she wears, and she carries off her outfits with the energy she brings.

No disrespect by mentioning barmaids, they have been legendary figures in UK soaps since the 1960s.

A beautiful cover with alluring colors. Pugh looks really good and the styling suits her. I love this cover story.

i feel like theres straight portraits of a celebrity, then theres a fashion story-- its 2 things, honestly her nose ring kinda doesnt make sense here + these arent really portraits its a story-- serve the story

I find it strange that shorter celebs are photographed to highlight their stumpiness lately, I've noticed the same with Addison Rae. Her legs look about 1m long in most photos. Is the problem that the photographers they're using are more used to shooting models? There are lots of short actresses and singers, I feel like this wasn't as prevelant before. I have to blame the photograpers for this.

Agree with all of this.
I love the shots in yellow, I think they really came out nice.
