This looks really lovely to me, nice close up and she seems to be having a cute face expression. Cant wait to see a HQ image of it though. Thanks for posting darling. :flower:

I love the cover shot! it's so beautiful and serene BUT it feels like it should be only a Subscriber's cover with lesser text. The layout is just ruining it.

Thanks for posting! It looks beautiful and serene but it does sort of remind me of her UK Vogue cover last year..

Can't wait for a HQ image.. :D

:( is all i can say. she was just on uk vogue cover and now this too. i wish uk mags would change it up a bit..

They're a business, they go with what will make them sell, regardless of how recently they might have appeared. December's cover was actually quite a while ago though in all fairness, and she's a new face for Harper's, on any edition.

They need, and more importantly want the money at the end of the day. Big star, with a big movie coming out, will bring in more money than some new fresh face.

Lancome are also a big advertiser and she's their new star. Never underestimate the power of advertising when it comes to such decisions.

It's always a treat to see Emma on the cover of a magazine. I like that she always has something interesting to say at least plus she usually looks stunning in the photographs. Really liking this cover so far- can't wait to see a better image of it though. Although I do wish that Harpers Bazaar (and other magazines too) wouldn't put so much text on the cover. It takes away from the beautiful image on the cover which is meant to sell the magazine anyways.

I actually think Harpers (and Elle UK) have very limited text for a monthly.
Glamour, Cosmo, Red, MC and Vogue are text heavy compared to these.

This is why they do subscribers covers.

It's that or get Stylist which is free so doesn't need lots of coverlines to sell it.

Coverlines are a necessary evil when it comes to selling a magazine on the newsstand - and really inane wording also helps to attract people's attention.

I have to say I'm not too attracted to Emma Watson on this cover, she looks too much like a little clown doll, which doesn't do anything for me.

Cool cover. Very Twiggy-ish

gossiping - Emma was on US Vogue last month not UK Vogue if that's what you mean.

WOWWWW love the styling, love the hair, the poses, the photographs, everything is just amazing! Emma is one of my new favorites :))) I wish the cover shot was more on the same high end vibe like her editorial because it's just a close-up of her face, it's not even a beauty "shot", I mean the 2cd pic posed on #15 is just stunning!!! Who shot this by the way?

It's nice I guess. Though Emma's just so plain to me.:ermm: I've never seen a pic of her and gone "Holy $h*t".

I like the cover and the other two in the field. Don't like the ones in black, though... awkward.
