The subscribers cover is so much better, although I am tired of seeing Prada everywhere.

I love subs cover so much more too. But re Prada, I do think for the first time Claudia is wearing it rather than the other way round - if that makes sense! - which is impressive.

I think UK HB is taking over UK Elle as my favourite mag.

Agreed, I picked up HB again in April and since July's Elle was such a disappointment I don't think I'll be reading it again for a while...

About a week ago, there was an offer printed in the Daily Mail where you could get the June Bazaar or Esquire for £2 in WHSmiths, so I think I may wait to see if that will be repeated at the end of this issue's run on the newsstand.

And so it came to pass - the Daily Mail printed a voucher last Thursday enabling people to get this issue for £2 from any retailer that'll accept the token, so I got my cut-price copy from M&S today.

I see there's a free bag with the August issue...
