These are the kind of features I love from this magazine! Probably not everyone's cup of tea, but I think they do the romantic editorials so beautifully. Felicity, Aline, Florence and Cora all look lovely. It's a shame they didn't save Florence's cover for next month, certainly worthy in its own right.

This is quite a strong issue overall. The fashion content posted so far is just part of the highlight. There's also a teaser interview with Glenda Jackson for her upcoming theatre production of King Lear at Queen Vic (cannot wait to see this!!). An insightful and well-written piece on Donatella and her couture collection, penned by Justine, and an interesting article on Bowie's British art collection.

With it being the 'art' issue, that vein sort of flows throughout every corner of this issue. The Dada fashion story with Aline (ill-casted, btw), where Matthew Duguid's set design really overshadows everything else, and Cora's beauty story which drew inspiration from major artists.

Haven't had time to tackle the supplement yet, saving the best for last!

That is very cool, thanks :D I am new to the magazine world, I don't really come across foreign (ie UK) magazines in person often or easily. But I have seen the recent special with Duchess Kate on the cover in a window.
It's not too early to find the November issue? I can wait a bit and then shall go back to that store with Kate a few months ago.

Ugh, my manners! :o Must've overlooked this, apologies. :flower:

That Duchess Kate cover was UK Vogue's 100th anniversary issue, so it makes sense for your bookstore to keep it for a few months longer as it's somewhat of a collectors item.

Well look, it's certainly too soon to get the November issue if you're abroad, unless your newsagent gets it in express anyway (some countries do this). But to be safe, I'd say try by next week. I'm not too sure how popular HB UK is abroad, but it's worth a shot. My local bookstore often order random titles in, but only on request.
Failing that, maybe you should just try online? Newsstand.co.uk is a good bet especially if you're looking for a specific cover. Good luck, and stay in touch. :flower:
