Ok that is just nuts! And it perfectly shows how uncreative Justine, and her Bazaar have been. And i was one of those who thought she will be great at the magazine, smh! She's been on Bazaar's September cover for three years running now.
Too saccharin, too romance-novel looking with the ivy, too Bratz/Monster High/Ever After High cosplaying for my taste. This doesn’t look anything remotely high fashion.
I would say whilst she might not be a model on everyone 'in fashion's radar, she is very much on the radar of the general public. She sells well, which is why she keeps appearing and women relate well to her.
The write up for the article states how her massive her range of underwear for M&S is - their best selling underwear in the brand's history, one in every three pieces of underwear sold with them is from Rosie's range. She's appearing because she's marketable and women, in a very general sense, respond very well to her.
