this is a stunning image of elise. i've never seen this cover before, but it makes me fall in love with her. i never thought of her as having a soft romantic face before. so thank you for posting vogue28.
Oh... I do have that issue and I'm absolutely in love with it.
Animal Magic - Gemma Ward by Mario Testino (12 pages)
Heatwave - Heather Marks by Carter Smith (12 pages)
The Ancients - Kim Noorda by Laurie Bartley (10 pages)
Upfrontand Personal - Ellen Barkin by Norman Jean Roy (6 pages)
We're with the Band - Iselin Steiro by Karen Collins (4 pages of beauty ed)
I've posted digital version of Heather's ed in my lj if someone is interested...
I remember having a conversation with iluvjeisa when this issue came out, about Gemma's super-artifical fake tan.
I thought that was a lovely cover of Elise, very English rose (literally) but in a modern way, this is when the conservative side of UK Vogue works well.
hmm..do you really think so? i mean i find it completely unbelievable that they could actually not credit Vinoodh in the issue..MAYBE on their website..but surely not in the actual magazine.
I find it completely unbelievable that one part of a couple who has worked together since the late 80s as a photographer duo suddenly produces one fashion image on her own. Its like Dolce without the Gabanna or the Viktor without the Rolf.
And its always possible that Vogue28 misread or overlooked something (no offense of course )
And the image is part of the I&V portfolio over at trunkarchive.
