US Harper's Bazaar June/July 2014 : Kate Winslet by Daniel Jackson

Elissa styled two stories in March too. One with Kasper Kaspryk and Cameron Russell, which I though was well executed and another with Sebastian Faena.

Terry's work is best with her in 90's Bazaar, Vogue, and now their reunion in the current Bazaar . Very exciting!

Elissa's styling is all over the place, only liked the Gucci and LVxNG looks.

If I remember correctly, Devon Windsor and Alana Zimmer both have only-girl editorials in this as well.

There is something that goes wrong with the cover, maybe it's her pose, I dunno. I don't think Kate is pretty here.

Kate's editorial is sexy and very flattering. The red and black combo on the cover reminds me of Christmas, though. I would've liked to see something lighter considering it's summertime, but I do love Kate's intensity as usual. She's one of few actresses who can pull it off and still look mysterious as opposed to royally pissed off.

well that's pretty much a thematic. since the one by terry r. and elissa is pretty red, white, black. and it's a combo i like pretty much. it's dope.

i think the marc jacobs blouson (that big tie dye bug, this is MJ, right?) in the other elissa editorial is intense, like mental, like good with pose, like she owns it. i like that. it's good with hits and fails.

in general it's not that bad.

so if i followed the story : carine roitfeld is in Bazaar, now ? Since when ? I've looked this far and didn't really see any roitfeld. but there's Julia V.B. and E. Santisi. Is that it ? Because that can be good to check once in a while. I think.

well it's a magazine i've never really went through. so. i don't really buy americain magazine.

Yes, she has been since October 2012. Much like a freelancer, she shoots 1 editorial every month which gets reprinted across the board by all the global editions. I do find her input for the magazine refreshing, but I don't think we must get any ideas that she will take over as EIC. She still manages, CR Book, her little pet project.
