Seeing it for real, I like the cover - it sends the message that fall fashion is fun, because the emphasis is on her happy expression, and the dress comes second. And I like the insert one page in that reinforces the cover, instead of us becoming immediately lost in all the ads.
I think there is an optimum size for a September issue, because this doesn't feel as unwieldy as US Vogue; you can actually still read it... and lift it, and leave it lying open. It's a digestible size, with a decent array of models (and I'm personally glad to see Jean-Paul Goude's work again).
